GVU 2.07 Trojan

Help! Preferably in English. German is also OK if it's not too complicated. I've got the GVU 2.07 Trojan (looking at the pictures). What do I do? I've been looking through the forum, I see lots of discussion, but no immediate solutions. I just get the screen and cannot manoever anywhere. I cannot get into Task Manager.

Please boot into the safe mode and run OTL and attach both created logfiles here.

Here you can read how to boot the safe mode and here is an german instruction how to use and download OTL but its not too complicated.
